At first glance, it seems odd that Art Napolitano and George Zalucki would join forces to eventually become leading Independent Business Owners in a rapidly growing network marketing company. After all, before discovering network marketing, Art was a starry-eyed guitar player who quit college early in hopes of making it big, and George was a distinguished business college dean and psychology professor.
But even though they're from different generations and have very different backgrounds, George and Art have something much more important in common – the desire to inspire others to achieve success and to have their impact on people make a positive difference.
George was first introduced to network marketing over 20 years ago and attended an opportunity meeting to appease a friend. He joined up immediately and never looked back. Since then, he has earned the top positions in three network marketing companies before finding ACN.
Art played in a rock band until he was 30 years old and often wondered how he would ever be able to afford a house and a family. He wanted to have fun while also earning more money. Network marketing seemed to be the perfect niche for him, and he soon found success in network marketing and abandoned his dream of rock stardom.
But after 10 years in network marketing, Art was eager to find a company built on integrity – one whose founders kept their promises. He had been following ACN's success and contacted George, one of his early mentors in the business, to learn more about the opportunity. After meeting with the Founders, the two decided to team up, and they began opening the doors of opportunity overseas.
Beginning with ACN's launch in the United Kingdom, George and Art quickly began building their organization – focusing on developing solid, trusting relationships. Within just eight months, they achieved RVP status…but they weren't going to stop there. They also set a new record and became ACN's first-ever North American Senior Vice President team.
Art and George spend an incredible amount of time in Europe alternating locations to provide the most support to their downline. Today they have numerous qualified RVPs and Team Coordinators throughout North America and Europe, as well as two SVP teams under them. In addition, they have acquired over 500,000 customers that bill into the millions.
